Every day except on public Holiday and Sunday. Subject to availability
Only one wedding to be held per day at the hotel.

Minimum length of stay :

Arrival must be at least 3 day prior the wedding in order for the resort to prepare.

 Requirement for the official ceremony

• Civil ceremonies performed by a registrar within the hotel grounds are legally recognized.
• The date selected is subject to the registrar’s availability. You will need to provide us with :
• Birth certificates
• Valid passport
• Divorce certificate if clients have been married before.
• Widow/widower, original death certificate is needed together with the original marriage certificate.
• If either party has changed name proof is required

Request for the wedding has to be made at least 3 weeks prior to the ceremony

Terms & Conditions

Prices are quoted in Euro, per wedding and inclusive of 15% Government taxes and 10%of service charge. Rates are net and non-commissionable. Packages are valid from 01/11/2019 to 31/10/2020.

• Clients wishing to marry in Seychelles must be at least 18 years old.
• If couple staying 5 nights in Half Board, Beach front Deluxe, Charming wedding package is free.
• If couple staying 5 nights in Half Board in Bois d’Amour Suite, Sunset Package is Free
• If the couple staying less 5 nights, Charming package or Sunset package is at supplement at quoted rate.
• Wedding not applicable for Colonial Room.
• The location of wedding and dinner will be subject to prevailing conditions on the day.
• Wedding package is not combinable with any other promotion on the market.
• Prepayment of the package is required to secure the wedding.
• Any other requirements for wedding are to be arranged on “A la Carte” at applicable rates.
• All package details, rates and policies are subject to change without prior notice, at the hotel’s discretion

Cancellation policy :

The hotel must be notified as early as possible, however, no later than specified below:

• 14-4 days before arrival: a cancellation penalty charge amounting to 50% of the wedding package fee.
• 3 days before the wedding day: will be charged at 100% of the wedding package fee
